I don't seem to have the ability to add "News" to my tool bar.

If you wanted to post a question about this, you would need to use standard
posting conventions. Failure to do so is considered a disservice to the
volunteers who provide help in these newsgroups.

In your case the minimum information you should have provided includes:
Operating System, Outlook version, Default newsreader.
As it is, the Magic 8 ball says, "Try Again Later"

Version of Outlook? Windows?

This is the usual reply for most versions - but it does not apply to
win7/outlook 2007, as the news command is missing (it only pulled up OE or
Windows mail anyway).

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.
