I don't see dreamscene available for Ultimate x64

I have a copy of Vista Ultimate x64 (RC1 5600) loaded on my desktop and have
never seen ANY ultimate extras. Do you have to be using the RTM version in
order to get the extras?

Yes, you need the RTM to get any Ultimate Extra's.
