I don't get email since I deleated files

I got an email saying my mailbox was approaching its limit on the server. I
deleated gobs of files from folders and deleated them from the server. Now,
friends tell me their emeil gets bounced back when they send it to me.???

If you did what you said by deleting/removing items located on the server,
then you should contact your ISP and explain the problem if the bounce back
message to your friends mention "mailbox full" or "over the quota". Reason
why is that Outlook doesn't control that.

PS - If the ISP offers a web page to your e-mail, I would use that and
verification of how many items/size of mailbox.
