You're asking in the wrong place, Valerie. This is a technical
peer-support newsagroup for the database software Microsoft Access -
nobody from Microsoft routinely monitors this newsgroup.

Note also that posting your software's identification number and your
email address, not to mention your physical address, may have been
quite unwise: these newsgroups are open to the public and no telling
who's going to read them. You'll certainly get some SPAM out of this,
and I hope nothing worse.

Please contact the company from which you purchased the OEM software:
since Microsoft didn't sell it to you, it's unlikely that Microsoft
can resolve your issue.
