i can't use my mouse or keyboard to open any application!

these is a fatally problem with my computer. i can use my mouse to move
the cursor, but i can't use it to open any application. despite how i
double-click the left key or click the right, there is no answer.
alternatively i use my keyboard, but it still doesn't work. how can
resolve it? can someone give me some clues?

You might try a different mouse.

when you put the cursor at the taskbar, the cursor indicates the system
is busy, but i don't know how long it will get idle.
if i press F8 and enter the secure mode, i can use my mouse or keyboard
to open applications.

I doubt this has anything to do with your mouse or keyboard unless you
changed the input devices and immediately noticed a problem. Normally this
behavior is caused by too much stuff running in the background, and the
first suspect is a virus and/or malware.

So your first troubleshooting step is to determine if the machine is clean.
Do that by going through these steps systematically - you will do
everything in Safe Mode so your mouse and keyboard will be working.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional computer repair
shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).
