I Can't SOrt!!! WHY??

Dear All

I have a worksheet where the data is inputted by a macro - which grabs
data that match the conditions from another worksheet...

After this data grabbing macro is run, i will sort the data with column
E as the sort criteria which is basically a range of numbers... If I do
sort - ascending, no problem but if i do descending, the data will not
be starting from the top but will go down to the very bottom...

Why is this happening? If I copy these data n paste them in another
worksheet, the sort will work perfectly... Can anyone kindly advice
me...?
