I can't set up Windows Mail - Error attch'd

Ok, I CAN use Outlook! BUT, my free subscription is going to expire on
Halloween. So, Here's what I have done...

I entered my Windows Live e-mail account under tools. I used the POP3
setting. With my full username. Under the "settings" I entered pop.live.com
and smtp.live.com. Under Advanced - My settings are SMTP 25 and POP3 110. My
Connect Tab is Blank. My Algorithm is 3DES.

My ERROR message is: The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'pop3.live.com', Server: 'pop3.live.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Could anyone please help me set this up properly, PLEASE? I am sure that I
am just doing something minor incorrectly - as it DOES work in MS Outlook

Hi Chellise,
your Live account will not work with WM, you need to get the Windows Live
Mail version from
Here:
