i can't set ultradma mode instead of pio

after a virus atack my computer works wery slowly, it is because the ide
settings are set to pio although i selected "use DMA if available" everything
were all right before the atack it worked on DMA. how can i fix this problem?
the reinstall of chipset drivers made no effect.

i tried to uninstall primary ide channel, restarted the computer. just when
it starts booting windows restarts again, it prots that windows encuontered
an error lets me choose "start normaly, safe mode..." until i do not choose
"last good known configuration" it restarts again and again and again. is
there any solution?
