I can't send messages in my outbox after they've been modified.

I can send and receive in general. However, when I chose to re-edit a message
that has been closed by hitting the "send" button, but before hitting the
"send/receive" button, then the message will not be send.

Two things happen with these messages: The category for them changes from
"Date: Today" to "Date: None" and the "sent" date changes from today's date
to "None"

The same thing happens if I merely click once on the "Sent" date while a
message is in the outbox.

None of the online help or user messages is helpful. This never happened
with Outlook 2000, but it's a new "feature" of Outlook 2003. Please help
 
After you edit the message, you need to click Send again to tell Outlook
that it's ready to be handled by send/receive.
