I cant send e-mail with attachments

I am using Outlook Express 6 and am experiencing problems
when I try to send e-mail with attachments. I always
receive this error: Your server has unexpectedly
terminated the connection. Possible causes for this
include server problems, network problems, or a long
period of inactivity. Subject 'Emailing: 100_1480
(3).JPG, 100_1483.JPG', Account: 'mail.internet.is',
Server: 'mail.internet.is', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F
please help if you can.
