i installed outllook 2002 and imported my PST that included my contacts.
according to the program, i have outlook address book established, but when i
go to compose a message, I am unable to see any contacts and getting an error
message saying "the address list could not be displayed. the contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been
moved, deleted or you do not have permissions. For information on how to
remove this folder from the Outlook address book, see Microsoft Outlook help."

thanks.

Have you tried right-clicking the contacts, choosing properties, and then on
the Outlook Address Book tab, selecting Show this Folder as an e-mail address
book?

Good luck
Kristin
