I can't publish my site; this message comes up!

Hi everyone, I'm new here, so I hope someone can help me. I redesigned my
site and added a domain name search on my page. When I went to publish, this
message came up; Server error: Cannot create folder '_vti_cnf'. What could I
have done? And how can it be fixed?
 
Contact your web host and have them check the permissions on the site and
the FrontPage Server Extensions. They may have to repair them
