i can't play no movies or games any more they frezze

when a got my computer we use to view all the movies
there and my kids use to play games on it too.but since
som time ago the movies keep stoping and going until they
stop completle and whith mi kids computer games is worse
thy frezze the cmputer and nothing wrks,I/ send a repor
to online crash analysis and they said some thing about
cd reconding engine bui I dont undertand .please give me
some advise in wthat i can do.
