I can't open "Regedit32.exe"

JOEWARE

I tried to run "regedit32.exe" but it doesn't seem to
work. It just says "Cannot find Regedit32 (or missing an
component)". Does anybody know the problem? I can't seem
to access most of the features tryin to use
just "Regedit". Please help, thanks.
