i can't open my workgroup icon in my network places

in our network client cant open our domain icon in my network places to viwe
other clinet in the network but they can opent other computer by typing the
name of other computers.
also some clients that can open that icon they can see just some computers
in the network not all of them

what do you receive if you use net view command from the problem computers?

it says you havn't right to view this network and access is denied or some
thing like that . and found that the computers with static ip can open but
can't see all computers and the clients with ip gets frome DHCP server
recieve that message

normally net view should give you a system error like 5 or 53. if it is 5, this permission issues. this page lists most popular system errors.
