I cant open my microsoft outlook 2002.

I installed Microsoft outlook 2002 to my computer ...and its part of my PDA.
I have an icon, and it opens . but if you further click on an icon...it says
"unable to display folder. DLL file cannot be displayed..."
 
Try a new mail profile then.
