i can't open excel ap

i uninstalled and re-installed with office 2000,
but i still open execl ap,it show error msg,
execl.exe at 017f:30025d89 etc.
 
try searching for this file:

excel.xlb

When found...delete it and try opening excel again.

Let me know.
