I Can't Log Back As An Administrator

I TRIED TO CREATE A SECOND USER ACCOUNT FOR A FAM MEMBER I TURNED OFF THE COMPUTER WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON ONLY THAT FAMILY MEMBER COULD LOG IN I CAN'T LOG IN BACK AS THE ADMINISTRATOR.
