I cant install my product

I am trying to install a TomTom navigator cd. I first
tried to install the navigator onto the pocket PC, but
the product did not work. After trying to install the
product again, an error message came up saying that the
setup had a problem with it. The setup window gave me a
similar message as when the Internet Explorer crashes
(Internet Explorer is unavaliable for the moment, please
tell Microsoft about this problem). I already spoke with
a customer service person and he told me to post a
message here. Please help.

TomTom navigator if this is third party software have u
tried contacting there tech support.... if a microsoft
product hmmmmmmm good luck
