I can't forward email

Hello,

I recently upgraded from ME to XP Pro and Office 03'. I'm encountering the
following error from Word when I attempt to forward emails: "an external
support function returned an error".
I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you may be able to provide as
this is creating some substantial problems for me.

Try running Detect and repair for your Office installation. A reinstall
might be called for.

Thanks for the suggestion, I gave that a try but I'm still having problems.
