I can't find the PST Backup function on the Outlook file menu.

I have downloaded an (according to my computer) installed the PST Backup
program. However, when I open Outlook, I can't find the Backup function on
the File pull down menu. Any ideas where it might be? Thanks

Did the same thing to me. I uninstalled and installed a second time with the
same result, "No backup function in the menu". How many posts does it take
to get MS' attention?

Since Microsoft employees, in general, do not frequent this newsgroup no
amount of posting will get their attention. If you want Microsoft to fix a
problem, open a support incident.
