What web sites? Provide a few urls so people can check it out for you.
What Service Pack level do you have and how are you connecting to the
Internet? What firewall is installed? Please provide more details about
your situation to get specific help.

Just some websites?

Try adjusting your MTU first:
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article04-107
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314825
http://alive.znep.com/~marcs/mtu/

If that doesn't help, check for LSP / Winsock corruption:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=318584
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=811259

If XP SP2, Start - Run - "cmd". Type "netsh winsock reset catalog" into the
command window.

Give LSP-Fix <http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm>, WinsockFix
<http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=257>, or WinsockXPFix
<http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html> a shot.

If no help yet, reset TCP/IP.
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=299357

Start - Run - "cmd". Type "netsh int ip reset c:\netsh.txt" into the command
window.

Next, check for a Hosts file or proxy block.

Search your entire system drive, including hidden and system folders, for file
"hosts". There is one legit copy, in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ (for
Windows NT/2000/XP, for instance). The others are possibly bogus, and part (but
just part) of the problem.

Examine the contents of each copy of "hosts" found, using Notepad. Scroll to the
end of each Hosts file, by hitting Page Down, page by page, before deciding that
any "Hosts" file is empty. Look out for blank lines at the beginning and end of
the file, after "localhost", placed there by an exploit. Do not assume that a
file is empty simply because you see "localhost" followed by 50 blank lines!

In detail my problem: I'm using Intel Pentium IV with XP service pack2. But
this problem I was facing before updating to sp2 too. I'm using dial up
connection with Notron AV firewall.
In detail, I can access to the sites like www.rdi-sat.com and I can view
everything, but when I try to download mach1 files just it's getting blank
page with done indiaction. But before I use to download from same site.
Thanku for your suggestions.
