I can't connect my data access page with its mdb file on the web.

i have created a data access page and uploaded it to a web server running
windows. i have set the data source to where the mdb file is located on the
web server (D:\users\...\....\db2.mdb). when i browse to the htm file that I
created (the data access page) it loads the htm, but can't find the data from
the mdb.

No, you can't. The JET Oledb provider doesn't work over the WAN, only
locally or over a LAN. You must either use RDS (deprecated by MS many years
ago for security concerns), a VPN or replace the backend database with MSDE
or SQL-Server.
