I cannot view System Information

Hello, Whenever I try to view the sytem information in Help and Support it
closes immediately. I tried to search for information about it on the Kelly's
Korner website too and that shut off aswell , is it possible that anyone
could help please , Thank You.

Do you think you are having issues with memory and you want to look at the
system info? It is possible that low memory will prevent it to launch. Try
disabling all your startups at run > msconfig > startups > disable all. then
reboot and relaunch the system info program. Remember, that you should
ensure the antiviruls are enable again either by reversing the disabling
mentioned above or launching the specific software and ensure the option to
run with windows is selected. Be sure not to have 2 or more antivirus
running at the same time as well.....
