I cannot send e-mail but I can recieve e-mail in Outlook

I cannot send e-mail in my 2003 outlook. The error message is (0x8004210B)
My isp says it is an outlook problem. Looks like to me that there is a lot
of problems with outlook and no help?? Please respond Thanks

I was able to fix this myself - Click on tools in outlock - e-mail settings -
next - change - more settings - Advanced - This server requires an encrypted
setting for outgoing mail needs the be checked!!! This fixed it!! YEH
