I cannot see on the menu the outgoing mails

How can I see my send mails in Windows VIsta electronic mail? I can only see
the incoming mails.
 
The messages you send out usually go into the "Sent Items" folder.
Tools - Options - Send - [x] Save a copy of sent messages in the 'Sent
Items' folder

If that is already checked, perhaps your View needs to be changed for that
folder.
Click on the 'Sent Items' folder to highlight it, and then click on View -
Current View - Show all Messages
