I cannot find "Out-of-office assistant" in "tools"

have looked in the help section, and everything refers to this....which
doesn't appear in my tools drop-down .

You must have access to Outlook Exchange.
 
Hi,
do you use Exchange Server? This Option is only available if you using
Exchange!
