I cannot completley close microsoft outlook...

I use outlook express for my mail. It works fine ,I can send and recieve mail.
Although when I send anything outside of outlook express ,microsoft outlook
always comes up. Please help.

In Internet Explorermenu bar Open; Tools, Internet Options.
Go to the Programs Tab at the top. There are drop-down boxes for default
programs such as HTML editor, E-mail, etc.
Change your default E-mail from Outlook to Outlook Express there.
Hope that fixes your problem.
