I cannot activitate the forward and reply button

my button for reply, forward and new message are not accessible, and when I
try the tool button to go to options, it is the same problem, cannot
activitate or click on it, it is not in bold.
 
Have you activated your copy of Outlook already? Help-> Activate Product
Can you create new documents in other Office applications?
What version of Office are we talking about anyway?
 
After activation, you must set up your email accts before Send button shows up.
 
There is the rub - MS Servers WILL NOT ACTIVIATE any of the office 2007
beta, technical refresh 2 products! I have been trying for 4 days to
activate outlook, word and excel.
