I cannot access Microsoft Newsgroups with IE6

I cannot access Microsoft Newsgroups with IE6. I get a message saying the
requested site is not available. I have no problem using Netscape for
access. Can anyone help with this problem?

Using the web interface to read these newsgroup is the slowest,
clunkiest, most error-prone method there is. Do yourself a favor
and switch to a newsreader, such as Outlook Express, which comes
with Windows.

I've had problems getting through to the MSNGs in IE -- I can get back to
them by deleting the cookie for support.microsoft.com. I never bothered to
find out why this was happening (although I suspect it was something with my
company's firewall); rather, I just started using OE as my newsreader.
