i can send email but I cannot receive it

For some reason I cannot receive email in outlook. I can send it however. I
did have Qurb in Outlook which it asked me to disable and I did. Since then,
no incoming email. Any help?

What kind of mail server are you trying to connect to and do you get any

no incoming email. When I do a test message it says succesful. The item goes in my sent items, shows up on my isp webmail, but not in outlook. Any help?

I am getting no error messages. I am going through pair networks. Outlook
express works no problem, no such luck on outlook.
