I have outlook,

And that would be WHICH version of Outlook?
I can send e-mails but cannot receive them, my smtp account
is correct,

SMTP is only for outbound e-mails. POP3 is for inbound e-mails.
I get no error messages.

Then how do you know that you are not receiving any e-mails? If there
aren't any e-mails to receive then you don't get any.

Have you checked your mailbox by using the webmail interface to your
account to see if you have new mails waiting there?

When you send/recive you probably get some kind of message "error in
send/recive" - can you post the message text here?

To MS: please can you make it possibel to cut/paste these messages that
would make repporting much more easy. Say currently I get a long message
regardin the RSS recive but it would take me 10 min. to report it. :-)

what kind of domain are u using is an internal e-mail server or is an account
given from your ISP, if it's one from your ISP you should contact them and
ask them.

wich version of outlook are u using, please check with your setings if your
outgoing server use the same configuration of your incoming server

In some dialog windows, you don't get to highlight by dragging the mouse
over text, but you do still get to right-click and select 'Copy'.
