i can send but not recieve in outlook exp. i have tried onlinehl

I cannot recieve messages in my outlook express. I have tried online help to
no avail. It all of a sudden stopped. I sent a large email and then, no
more messages coming to my mail box. At one point, it was saying that
messages were downloading, but nothing appeared in the inbox!!!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
