I can send, but not recieve emails.

I am new to Vista and Windows Mail will not recieve e-mails. I tried all the
links that have been posted and can't seem to get anything to work. I can
send e-mails fine, just can't recieve mail. Any tips or advice will work. I
go threw qwest and was wondering how to get it to work. Thanks!

Post the exact error message and someone will help you.
At this point we would only be guessing.
