I can send but not receive with Outlook thinking my server is offl

Suddely and inexplicably, I can send but not receive with Outlook 2003
providing an error that my server is offline. I believe this problem arose
when I began syncing with a newly purchased Motorola "Q".

I have the same problem but mine started when I went to another business and
connected to their wireless network. I don't see how this had anything to do
with it but that's when it started - about a couple days ago. When I click
on the Outlook icon in the lower right hand corner, it has an option to open
Outlook (it should already be opened). But when I click on open nothing
happens. How do I get Outlook to open?!

Mine stopped receiving too this week and mine in a new machine with no
recently added software.

I have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck. Can send but not receive.
Anyone got any ideas. I tried to email mocrisift but it says their systems
are down for maintenence, typica.

I ain't paying $60 a year for a service that doesnt work (Outlook live)
