I can send but not receive email in Outlook 2003?

I have set up my outlook account with plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com (smtp the
same). I can send emails through outlook but I am not getting any emails
coming in. I have turned off all my security scanning and reconfirmed the
POP and SMTP server info etc and now have no idea what to do next...maybe go
back to snail mail. J/K please offer some suggestions.

Are there actually any e-mails sitting in your Inbox to get downloaded
into a local e-mail client? Use the webmail interface to your Yahoo
Mail account to check.

What is the error message during the receive portion of the mail poll?
