I can only see the borders of a picture in Outlook 2007

I received an email from a friend with a picture but the only thing i can see
is the border of the picture and nothing else. I use Outlook 2007 at work and
we are on exchange. I had a look at the trust centre and setup all the
necessary options but it still doesnt work.

Can you please help.
