I can not turn on microsoft word as my email editor in outlook 200

Hi. If I go to Mail Format the option to use Word as my email editor is
grayed out. Can anyone provide guidance on this? I am on an exchange
server...not sure if that means anything.
 
I wanted to clarify some more. It may be that word is already the default
but I no longer have the "Brush" format tool that allows me to copy the
format of text and paste it over other text making it the same format. This
is a function I use all the time. Any thoughts on how to get it to show?
