I can not send e-mail from outlook express ver6!

I have spent hours on the phone with Bell South and they have no idea why I
can not send from Outlook Express ver 6. There are no problems receiving!!
Help!!

To get a decent answer to that question you'll have to do the following:

Post this question in an Outlook Express newsgroup, this one supports
Microsoft Outlook which is part of Microsoft Office. Outlook Express is part
of Internet Explorer:

You should also provide them with further information such as error
messages, error numbers, what happens when you try to send email, etc.
