I can not read word file

Hi there,
I need help with office 2007, I am in trouble, I can not read one of my
documents. I had created the file as word.doc. The problem given this entire
file as this

I tried to change language but also give me as:

If it won't display right in the same language it was created in, then the
file is corrupted beyond repair, assuming other files are OK.
