I can not connect my school e-mail to outlook. What can i do?

I have tried to connect my school email addres to outlook but it doesnt work.
(www.ritz.edu)

I do not know how to fix it.

I would appreciate if you could help me.

You will need to get the settings from your School IT dept....we don't know
these so can't help you.
 
Does your school not have instructions on their website? If it is possible to
pull your school email using Outlook, you need to have their information on
mail server names or the particulars in how you need to configure it if it's
not POP, etc. in order to set up your account.
