I came across formula: =IF(B.11>0,B14/B.11,0) what "B.11" mean?

I came across formula: =IF(B.11>0,B14/B.11,0) what "B.11" reffer to and is it
used?

A named variable(range) [relating to B11?]?

Look at Insert==>Name==>Define if you have the w/book.
