I am using Microsoft Outlook Express for e-mails, how can I backup my mails onto Linux server?.

I am using Microsoft Outlook Express for e-mails (all of my important
e-mails), how can I backup my mails onto Linux server?. I have one
Linux server, can I backup my mails onto Linux?. If I want which
Directory do I have to back up. last time my PC crashed and I lost some
important contas, I had lot of pin to get those contacts again. Is
there any other solutions available?. Also is there any better e-mail
client better than Outlook express?. Thanks in advance.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
