I am using Access 2000, I want forms to open in a single window

Everytime I open one of my forms in Access, they each open in a separate
window, is there a way to open them in just one window?
 
yes. docmd.maximize


or under options, 'windows in taskbar' should be unchecked
 
I think you meant the icons in the Taskbar???

If that's the case, use the Menu Tools / Options ... / View tab and uncheck
the "Windows in Taskbar" option.
