I am unable to Logon to my computer!

Hello!

I am unable to Logon to my computer for the following
reasons:

Whenever I try to LOGON, I get two prompts which says:

"Contact Your system Administrator To Replace The DLL Or
Restore The Original DLL.

AND: WINLOGON.exe Entry Point Not Found.

I have tried everything that I know of eg. F8-F10,
Ctrl+Del, but nothing helps. And I cannot even get to The
Start Menue after the COMPAQ LOGo & Windows XP logos come
on. The screen goes BLACK after the two ogos are shown.
