i am unable to find "Text to speech" tool bar in Office2007 excel

Hi friends,
In office Excel2003 Text to Speech tool bar is avilable,But in excel2007 i
am unable to find that feature is it excluded from it. Can u pls confirm.

Click the downward arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). Click "More commands", choose "Commands not in the ribbon" from
the "Choose commands from" dropdown. Select yours and add to the QAT
