I am trying to create a contact list without typing the info twic

I am trying to create a contact list of the people I write contracts to
without having to type the information twice. Really dont need the complete
contract just the contact information. Can anyone answer this question?
 
I'm sure you could get an answer if there was a specific question in your
posting. You might want to review the Northwind mdb that gets installed with
Access. Notice the employee and customer information is entered only once.
