I am trying to copy a LOT of emails from an access document for work for
another company (we are adding their emails to ours for benefits). The
characters look like this
åëîõôèÀðáõìèåííåò®ãïí
and if i dont figure out how to do it thru access....i will basically have
to copy every email once at a time for about 6000 of them which will take me
literally 10 hours and i will probably get fired for not getting it done

please help somone!

i am just trying to copy emails but i get those weird characters when i go
into the database datasheet view :(

1. clarify what you mean that you are copying from "an access document"

Access has Tables, Reports and Forms - what do you mean by 'document'?

2. Are you trying to copy into a Table located in another Access db?

Are you copying EMail *addresses*? Or stored messages?

Sounds like they're in some other Windows-supported language. Might
there be Chinese, or Greek, or Arabic language recipients?

An Append query is probably what you'll need. But we have no way of
knowing what you mean by "an Access document" (Access doesn't deal
with documents), nor what exactly you're trying to copy, nor where
you're trying to copy it to.
