I AM TRING TO TYPE A 20 CHARACTER NUMBER IN THE CELL PUT EXCELL KEEPS
CHANGING THE LAS NUMBERS TO ZEROS HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING.

Please don't post in all CAPS.

Excel is limited to 15 digits of precision, so for longer numbers
like credit card numbers, you need to format the cell as Text
prior to entering the data, or preceding the number with an
apostrophe.
