I am searching for an invoicing form system with accounts database

Has anyone in the forum got a source for a small business invoicing and
accounts system run in Access. this should allow for an invoice bill to be
raised the main details to be posted to a ledger and for that ledger to be
updated upon receipt of payment and a report run to chase oustanding debts.

Yes, take a look out at Microsoft.com/Templates or something similar. There
is an Accounting database built in Access 2000 that might serve your
purposes.
 
MVP Tony Toews site, http://www.granite.ab.ca/accsmstr.htm has information
on a number of business application packages written in Access or using
Access/Jet databases. Take a look at those. At least some of them provide
the source, so you can modify them to fit your specific needs.
